Correction and Retraction Policy

If, after the publication of an article, the editorial board learns in any way about serious errors and shortcomings in the published work, it actively responds to this situation. The editorial board takes the necessary measures to clarify this issue and correct the publication. It informs the author and, if necessary, retracts the article through the retraction mechanism. Retraction of an article is carried out in accordance with the COPE Retraction Guidelines

Correction
Errors that have arisen at any stage of the publication process may be corrected upon the author’s appropriate application. The author has the opportunity to submit such an application if:

  • corrections do not lead to a change in the conclusions of the published work;
  • existing errors affect the meaning of the presented text;
  • such corrections will not violate the ethics of journal publications.

Retraction
The grounds for retraction of an article are:

  • Proof of plagiarism in the article.
  • Improper use of AI
  • Duplication of the same article in several publications.
  • Clear evidence of the unreliability of the data provided in the article, its falsification or fabrication.
  • Incorrect authorship.
  • There is a conflict of interest that has been hidden or veiled.
  • The presence of materials for which permission to use has not been obtained.

The decision to withdraw an article is made by the editorial board of the journal upon submission by the editor-in-chief of the journal, which states the grounds for withdrawing the article. The withdrawal is carried out either upon the appeal of the author team to the editorial board with a reasoned explanation of the reason for the withdrawal, or on the basis of an expert opinion of the editorial board. In the latter case, the author team is informed in order to obtain its opinion on the withdrawal of the article. The decision is made taking into account the response of the author (authors) of the article, provided that it is received. In the event that the author team ignores the editorial board's request, the publication may be withdrawn without taking into account the authors' opinion. The decision to withdraw the article is formalized in the minutes of the editorial board of the journal, which is provided to the author team of the withdrawn article. The editorial board indicates in the minutes the reason for the retraction and its date. The electronic version of the text of the article and in the table of contents of the issue on the journal's website are marked with the inscription "WITHDRAWN / RETRACTED" and the date of retraction. Payment for the publication of retracted articles is not refundable.
