Copyright and License
The authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right to publish original scientific articles containing the results of experimental and theoretical research and not under consideration for publication in other publications.
The editorial board of the journal "Studies in the History and Philosophy of Science and Technology" adheres to the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0 International). This allows you to read, download, quote or refer to the full text of the articles of this journal. The use of materials for commercial purposes is not permitted.
If the article is accepted for publication in the journal "Studies in the History and Philosophy of Science and Technology", the author (authors) must (must) sign the Copyright Transfer Form. The Form signed by the authors is sent to the editorial board's email box (scanned copy). With this form, the authors certify that the submitted material: does not infringe the copyrights of other persons or organizations; has not been previously published in other publishing houses and has not been submitted for publication in other publications.
The author transfers to the editorial board of the journal "Studies in the History and Philosophy of Science and Technology" the rights to publish the article in Ukrainian (English), distribute its printed version, distribute the electronic version of the article, as well as the electronic version of the English translation of the article (for articles in Ukrainian), through any electronic means.
The author reserves the right, without agreement with the editorial board and founders:
- To use the entire article or part of it for educational purposes.
- To include the article (in whole or in part) in scientific theses or dissertations and other own works.
- To make an oral presentation of the article (in whole or in part) and include its summary and/or main points in the report distributed at such presentations or in conference materials.
- Store (deposit) an electronic copy of the final version of the article (Author’s Accepted Manuscript – AAM) on:
- personal author’s web resources (websites, web pages, blogs, etc.);
- web resources of institutions (institutional or thematic repositories);
- non-commercial open access web resources (arXiv.org, etc.), where it is available in the open access.
All of the above ensures maximum visibility and impact of the publication
Mandatory in all cases are: the presence of a bibliographical reference to the article or a hyperlink to its electronic copy on the official website of the journal "Studies in the History and Philosophy of Science and Technology".
