Article submission procedure

  1. The article is sent by the author by e-mail to the editorial address varfolomey44@gmail.com. Text materials must be prepared in the MS Word editor (*.doc). The text must be literary edited. A separate letter (file) must be attached to the manuscript, which contains the full names of all authors and brief information about them: place of work, scientific degree, academic rank, position, research direction, as well as the postal address, telephone number and e-mail address of the author who carries out correspondence with the editors.

    This information is provided in Ukrainian and English. Students' articles are accepted if there is a review or a co-author with a scientific degree. Articles of graduate students are accepted for consideration based on the availability of a review by the scientific supervisor.
  2. Attention: authors must check their manuscript for plagiarism (uniqueness of the text must be at least 85 %). If the uniqueness of the text is average and low (75–85 %), the work needs to be revised and refined. If the uniqueness is below 75 %, the manuscript is returned without the right to further consideration. Language of the text of the article: Ukrainian (English). Electronic version of the article in Microsoft Word 2007, 2010 format.
  3. The presentation of research material should be conducted by a third person (the author). This is required by the policy of blind review, under which the reviewer should not learn about the identity of the author. The author's note is drawn up as (Author's note – Author). The review of his previous research is presented in the following form: "Researcher A. Petrenko at work...", where A. Petrenko is the author of the article under review.

  7. Manuscripts prepared without taking into account the listed rules will not be considered.
  8. If the article is rejected, the author receives a notification within 1 week.
  9. The article review procedure can be found here. Articles returned to the author for corrections and responses to reviewer comments must be returned to the editorial office within 3 weeks.
  10. The proofreading of the article sent by the editorial office to the author for review must be returned to the editorial office no later than after 5 days.
  11. The agreement on the transfer of copyright to the Editorial Board of the magazine for the publication of the article, which must be filled out and forwarded to the Editorial Board, can be found here.
  12. Authors receive 1 copy of the journal in printed form in accordance with the fulfilled financial obligations to cover publishing and printing costs.
  13. The total volume of the article should be 20-60 thousand characters with spaces, prepared 6in accordance with the instructions for authors. It is allowed to exceed the volume of the article in accordance with the financial conditions.
  14. The author does not have the right to transfer to other publications an article accepted by the editors and approved by the editorial board for publication.er consideration.

The author is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the materials published by the magazine.
